CV gaps for Customer Service Manager
Customer service manager CVs often omit the numbers that define the job: team size, channels, volumes and the measures you were held to. Add those and a reader can see the size of what you ran.
The 4 gaps to check
Team and channels not stated

How to close it honestly: State team size, channels and opening hours or shifts you covered.
Metrics missing

How to close it honestly: Give the measures you owned, with a before and after where true.
Improvements not described
Why it matters: Managers are expected to fix causes, not only handle queues.
How to close it honestly: Describe one change you made, such as a new script or process, and its effect.
Complaints and escalations unclear
Why it matters: Handling difficult cases shows judgement.
How to close it honestly: Say what you handled personally and what you passed up.
Questions that find your real evidence
- How many people did you lead, and on which channels?
- Which measure improved most under your management?
- What problem kept returning until you fixed it?
Only add what is true. If you cannot back a line up with a real example, leave it out.
